Cancellation Policy

Thanks for booking time with TeamTony. We look forward to bringing your vision to life. Please note that meetings may be recorded and transcribed by AI. Copies of the recordings and transcriptions can be shared upon request. All meetings are subject to our meeting policy, available at https://www.teamtony.co.za/meeting-policy Bookings must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. A clear agenda should be provided at least 24 hours before the meeting. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to a cancellation fee. A 10-minute grace period applies for late attendance. After this time, the meeting may be considered cancelled or a no-show. No-shows are charged in full for the booked time. TeamTony also reserves the right to charge for time lost due to insufficient preparation, unnecessary delays or late cancellations where applicable. Paid consultations, support and other Ad-hoc Services are billed in accordance with the applicable quotation, booking or invoice terms. By booking a meeting with TeamTony, you acknowledge and agree to TeamTony’s Meeting Policy and applicable Fulfilment Policy.
