Design Process
Work will only begin once the client provides all required content and information (e.g., event details, photos, RSVP preferences, etc.). -
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% must be paid before the final website is published or made live. -
Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revisions. Additional changes beyond that will be charged and added to your final invoice. -
Turnaround Time
Standard delivery is 10–15 business days from the date all content is received. Rush requests (5-day turnaround) incur an additional rush fee and require a full upfront payment. -
Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. No cash refunds are available. In the event of cancellation, any amount paid will be converted into TeamTony credit, redeemable for other services within 6 months. -
Ownership & Licensing
All website designs remain the intellectual property of TeamTony. Clients are purchasing a design service, not a transferable product. You are granted usage rights for your personal event only. -
Domains & Hosting
Custom domains and hosting are not included in packages unless purchased as an add-on. The domain will be transferred to the client. -
Website Validity
All wedding websites are hosted and accessible for 12 months unless otherwise arranged. Hosting extensions may incur an additional fee. -
Content Responsibility
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the content they provide. TeamTony is not liable for any incorrect information submitted. -
Communication
All consultations are by appointment only. Design feedback and revisions must be submitted in writing via email or designated project platforms.
