Cape Atlantic Property Management

TL;DR

A short-term rental property management brand designed to build trust before enquiry

INDUSTRY

Short Term Rental Property Management

REQUIREMENT

Cape Atlantic needed a credible market position and connected digital foundation for its short-term rental property management services. Property owners needed to understand the operational value, process and level of care being offered, while guests required clear, practical information throughout their stay. The business also needed measurable enquiry pathways that could support future marketing and operational growth.

SOLUTION

TeamTony developed a responsive property management website around separate owner and guest journeys. Clear service structures, custom mobile layouts, enquiry capture, analytics, Lodgify setup and search-ready content created a connected platform that could explain the offer, build confidence and turn relevant digital interest into contact.

AGENCY ROLE

We led Cape Atlantic from brand definition through to market activation. TeamTony clarified the positioning, developed the visual identity and marketing strategy, then translated these foundations into the website’s owner and guest journeys, lead capture and analytics. Beyond launch, we set up the Google Business Profile and managed the brand’s social media, helping Cape Atlantic maintain a consistent presence across its key digital channels.

MAIN IMPACT

Before handover, the website generated at least seven identifiable owner and property-listing enquiries, alongside additional contact, referral and partnership submissions. Comparing the first six months after the 12 February 2025 launch with the following six months, the Organic Search user key-event rate increased by 109%, the homepage session key-event rate by 486%, homepage engagement time per active user by 33% and the Organic Search engagement rate by 14%.

MEASURED IMPACT

Stronger organic performance and measurable owner enquiries

Before handover, the website generated at least seven identifiable owner and property-listing enquiries, alongside additional contact, referral and partnership submissions.

Comparing the first six months after the 12 February 2025 launch with the following six months, the organic audience became more effective and engaged, even though Paid Search and Paid Social activity present in the first period was absent in the second.

FURTHER EVIDENCE

The improvement in conversion and engagement rates shows that a smaller, better-matched organic audience can be more commercially valuable than higher traffic volume alone. The connected brand, separate owner and guest journeys, lead capture and analytics gave Cape Atlantic a stronger foundation for attracting relevant property-owner interest and evaluating which digital interactions were contributing to genuine enquiries.

OUR APPROACH

Building trust across the owner and guest journey

We began by defining Cape Atlantic’s audiences, positioning and value proposition so the business could communicate clearly with property owners considering short-term rental management.

The brand strategy established the messages, proof points and service structure needed to explain the operational value and level of care behind the offer.

A distinct visual identity gave the new business a professional and credible presence across its website and wider communication.

We separated the owner and guest journeys so each audience could reach the information and actions most relevant to them without navigating a generic property website.

The responsive Wix website included custom mobile layouts, clear service pathways, enquiry capture and integrated analytics to distinguish meaningful owner interest from general traffic.

Beyond the website, TeamTony developed Cape Atlantic’s marketing strategy, set up its Google Business Profile and managed its social media over an extended period, helping the brand maintain a consistent presence across search, social and its owned digital channels.

We also established search-ready foundations and completed the Lodgify configuration and client handover, creating a connected platform for property enquiries, guest-facing information and future marketing activity.

KEY FINDINGS

What established Cape Atlantic’s early credibility

These findings show how a short-term rental property management website can build trust with owners, support guests and create better insight into the quality of digital enquiries.

01

Owners and guests need separate journeys

Property owners need to understand the commercial and operational value of the management service, while guests need clear practical information. Separating these journeys prevents the website from becoming generic or confusing.

02

Trust must be established before enquiry

Short-term rental property management is a high-trust service. Clear positioning, proof, process and expectations need to work together before an owner is ready to discuss placing a property under management.

03

Organic traffic quality can outperform paid volume

The later reporting period produced stronger engagement and conversion efficiency from Organic Search users. This shows that a smaller, better-matched audience can be more commercially valuable than higher traffic volume alone.

04

Tracking improves the quality of decisions

Lead capture and analytics help distinguish genuine owner and property-listing interest from general traffic. This gives future optimisation a clearer focus on the actions most likely to support business growth.

CLIENT FEEDBACK

A confident response at handover.

The website looks amazing, thank you.

FAQ

Questions this short-term rental property management project helps answer

Cape Atlantic’s project shows how brand strategy, website design and measurable enquiry pathways can help a short-term rental property management business build owner trust, support guests and strengthen its digital foundation.

01

What should a short-term rental property management website explain to property owners?

The website should clearly explain the management service, areas covered, owner benefits, operating process, property onboarding and how to request an assessment. Owners need to understand the commercial value, responsibilities and level of care provided before placing a property under management.

02

Why should brand strategy come before a property management website?

Brand strategy defines the target property owners, value proposition, messages and trust signals the website needs to communicate. This gives the design, copy and enquiry journey a consistent foundation instead of presenting a generic list of property management services.

03

Why should owner and guest journeys be separated?

Property owners and guests visit the website for different reasons. Owners need information about management services, performance and onboarding, while guests need practical information about stays and support. Separate journeys make the website clearer and help each audience reach the right action faster.

04

How can a property management website generate better enquiries?

Clear service information, relevant calls to action, structured enquiry forms and accurate analytics help turn digital interest into measurable contact. Tracking owner and property-listing enquiries also helps the business distinguish commercially relevant leads from general website traffic.
