CapeSpace Interiors
A Premium Digital Buying Journey for CapeSpace Interiors
A brand, e-commerce and content platform designed to present CapeSpace Interiors’ furniture and expertise through a more premium digital buying journey.
TL;DR
A clearer path from product discovery to enquiry.
CORE PROBLEM
CapeSpace Interiors needed a digital presence that matched the quality of its interior decorating and furniture craftsmanship. The client approached TeamTony to improve brand clarity, product discovery and search visibility while creating a stronger connection between online inspiration, product research, quotation enquiries, purchases and showroom engagement.
SOLUTION
TeamTony developed a connected brand, responsive Wix Studio website and e-commerce system that presents the furniture range through a more premium and practical buying journey. Search-optimised structure and copy, detailed product pages, custom mobile layouts, analytics and ongoing content support help customers find the brand, understand products and move towards an enquiry, purchase or showroom conversation.
AGENCY ROLE
TeamTony expanded the brand strategy and visual system, planned the website and catalogue architecture, refined page and product copy, designed and developed the responsive Wix Studio platform and created custom mobile layouts. We structured the e-commerce catalogue and product pages, implemented SEO and analytics foundations, supported social media strategy and content, and continue to provide website optimisation and ongoing digital support in collaboration with Out Of Office Online.
MAIN IMPACT
The new platform has improved visibility, engagement and qualified enquiry activity. From January to June 2026, Q2 generated 31% more active-user traffic, 35% more new users and 25% more engaged sessions than Q1. And qualified website enquiries doubled.

FURTHER EVIDENCE
CapeSpace’s review confirms that the platform reflects the business clearly and presents its products beautifully. The combination of brand alignment, detailed product presentation, search foundations and ongoing optimisation has created a digital showroom the client is proud to share, while continued product content and marketing strengthen its ability to compound visibility and enquiries.
OUR APPROACH
From craftsmanship to confident buying.
We aligned the brand strategy, visual system, website architecture and product journey before designing individual pages. TeamTony then built the responsive Wix Studio website and e-commerce catalogue, refined product presentation and copy, created custom mobile layouts and implemented analytics and SEO, GEO and AI visibility foundations. Ongoing content support connects product discovery with enquiries, purchases and showroom engagement.
KEY FINDINGS
What helped turn product interest into action.
These four findings were selected because the analytics and enquiry data reveal how premium furniture customers move from inspiration to practical buying confidence.
01
Premium presentation must answer practical questions
Beautiful imagery attracts attention, but dimensions, materials, options and next steps are what help customers assess whether a product suits their space and budget.
02
Product pages can function as sales tools
A well-structured product page reduces uncertainty before a showroom visit or quotation enquiry, making the eventual conversation more informed and valuable.
03
Search and showroom journeys are connected
Customers often discover products online before choosing to enquire or visit in person. The digital catalogue should support both paths rather than treating e-commerce and showroom activity separately.
04
Qualified enquiries matter more than traffic alone
The doubling of qualified enquiries shows why website performance should be judged by meaningful actions, not only visits or impressions.
CLIENT FEEDBACK
A website the CapeSpace team is proud to share.
Working with TeamTony has been a wonderful experience. They understood what we wanted right from the start and built a website that reflects who we are at CapeSpace. It is clean, professional, and shows off our work beautifully. Their team was hands-on, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and always delivered what they promised. We are proud of the result and our new website.
